What areas do you cover
I cover the whole of the UK and international locations, although you’ll mostly find me performing on special days across Yorkshire, Northumberland, and the North East.
I cover the whole of the UK and international locations, although you’ll mostly find me performing on special days across Yorkshire, Northumberland, and the North East.
I offer a range of different options to suit your day. All my packages and prices are available to view here.
If one of these options doesn’t suit you, don’t worry! Just get in touch, and I’ll be happy to discuss a bespoke arrangement to suit the vision you have for your big day.
Expenses (to cover fuel and accommodation, where applicable) depend on the location of your wedding and are therefore quoted on a client-by-client basis. They are always kept to a minimum.
For a complete quote including expenses, fill in my contact form here, and I will respond as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours or even less if you catch me in admin mode!).
Yes! I firmly believe that music on your wedding day should be as personal as possible.
That’s why for your ceremony, I will learn/ play any song you choose for the walk down the aisle (1 song), signing of the registers (2 songs) and walking back up the aisle as newlyweds (1 song).
I will also learn/play any song you choose for your first dance (1 song).
For extended sets (drinks reception, wedding breakfast, early evening cocktail hours) you can request up to 5 songs from my existing repertoire. Feel free to let me know what you like, and I’ll tailor my sets to your taste as much as I can.
For a flavour of the style of my longer sets, please click here.
I’m so glad to hear it! Please fill in my contact form here and provide as much detail as possible about your big day – ideally, this will be your wedding date, venue, and the package you’re interested in so I can respond with the most accurate information.
If you’ve heard all you need to hear, and you’ve decided I’m the girl for you (yay) respond to my email to confirm you’d like to book. I’ll then send you a link for you to secure your booking with a deposit (£250).
Booking as soon as possible is always advisable, especially for key dates (Fridays and Saturdays, Apr-Oct).
Most couples secure their date with me around 18 months – 2 years before the big day.
If you’re getting married sooner than that and you are interested in booking, please don’t let this deter you from reaching out, as I may still have availability.
To secure your date, it is a £250 deposit (payable via an easy payment booking link, which I will send you if you’ve confirmed you’d like to go ahead).
The remaining balance is due four months before your event unless stated otherwise in our correspondence (different terms may apply for last-minute bookings).
I will send you a further link closer to the due date to settle your balance.
Yes, weather permitting (fingers crossed for sunshine and blue skies!), and your venue provides power in the performance location – my set-up requires access to one standard functional plug with regular wattage.
If no power is available in your desired performance location, please let me know. Chances are it’s nothing that a long extension lead will not solve, and thankfully, I’m yet to be beaten by a set-up!
Don’t worry—this is very common! You can access my ceremony songs here if you need inspiration. If you’re really stuck, hang on until your pre-wedding call, where I’ll be happy to advise and help you narrow down your choices.
I love church weddings, but I always advise booking an organist (a.k.a the hymn experts) to cover any hymns included in your service.
I’ll be happy to join in with the singing part, though (my favourite is Shine Jesus Shine, hint hint).
I will take care of all the other music in your ceremony.
For bookings that include the ceremony, I will arrive at your venue 2 -2.5 hours before your ceremony is due to begin.
For all other bookings, I will arrive approximately 1 -1.5 hours before I am due to start performing.
I will bring everything I need for my performances. The only thing you need to check is that there is access to one standard functional plug with regular wattage in the locations where you’d like me to perform.
For packages that span the whole day (platinum, diamond), I kindly request that you provide two meals for me and my technical support.
Most of my bookings involve moving at some point on the day – whether this is between locations in the same venue or between a church and a venue.
Rest assured, I have many years of practice ensuring this is carried out as quickly and seamlessly as possible.
First of all, thank you so much for choosing me! The honour of being able to do what I love for people on their special days is never lost on me, and I look forward to joining you 😊
I will contact you approximately 4 months before your wedding to schedule a call to pin down all the finer details of your special day (logistics, song choices, etc!).
This call usually takes place about 6-8 weeks before the day and ensures I know all the essential details that will help me fit seamlessly into your plans.
Ceremony clients will receive a clip of their aisle song around a week before the wedding.
In the meantime, if you have any questions, I’m always available to support you by email if you haven’t found what you need here in my FAQs.
